Center Valley, PA (April 26, 2026) - The DeSales University women's tennis team dropped a 4-3 decision to Misericordia University in the season finale in MAC Freedom action on Sunday afternoon.
The loss drops the Bulldogs back to the #4 seed in next week's MAC Freedom postseason tournament as the Bulldogs will travel to the top seed, Stevens, in the opening round on Tuesday.
MU took the doubles point winning all three matches.
DSU put up a good fight in the singles winning at the No. 3, 4, and 6 spots. First-year
Kate Gomez won 6-4, 6-3 in the No. 3 spot, first-year
Haley Maloney won 6-2, 6-1 in the No. 4 spot, and junior
Jess Sisti won 7-5, 6-4 in the sixth position.
