Center Valley, PA (May 7, 2026) - Eight DeSales University men's lacrosse players were honored on the All-MAC Freedom Team as voted on by the eight MAC Freedom coaches and as announced by the conference office on Thursday morning.

Among the honorees were seniors Jake Hurd, Mark Winkler Jr., and Taylor Wikert on the First-Team. Senior Joe Cieleski, junior AJ Ardizone, sophomore TJ Kearns, and first-year Xander Borowski on the Second-Team.  First-year Blake Finnegan was named Honorable-Mention to round out the honored Bulldogs.

Wikert led the way earning All-Conference honors for the fourth time in his career and being named to the First-Team for the third straight season. He finished the year with three goals and three assists for six points, while leading the team in both ground balls (80) and caused turnovers (46). Wikert ranked 31st in the country in CT's per game and finishes his career ranked ninth all-time in ground balls and second all-time in caused turnovers. His 46 CT's this season were the third most in a single-season in team history.

Hurd and Winkler Jr. each earn First-Team honors for the first time after each earning Second-Team honors last season. Hurd ranked second on the team in scoring this season with 31 goals and 15 assists for 46 points, while Winkler Jr. added 22 goals and 12 assists for 34 points. Hurd finishes his career with 98 career goals, ninth all-time, and 135 points, 11th all-time. Winkler Jr. finishes his career with 76 goals (13th all-time) and 45 assists (12th all-time) for 121 career points.

Cieleski, Kearns, Ardizone, Borowski, and Finnegan all earn All-Conference honors for the first-time in their careers.

Cieleski totaled six goals and seven assists for 13 points, adding 43 ground balls (third on the team) and nine caused turnovers. Kearns led the Bulldogs in scoring with 26 goals and 23 assists for 49 points, adding 33 ground balls and 11 caused turnovers. Ardizone posted an 11.57 GAA with 177 saves and a .512 save percentage.  Borowski was a stalwart on defense totaling 24 ground balls and ranking second on the team with 19 caused turnovers and Finnegan finished the year with 20 goals and four assists for 24 points.
