ABCA Defensive 2026

Rorick, Anderosky, and Hooker Named ABCA Defensive All-Region

Center Valley, PA (June 22, 2026) - Seniors John RorickJT Anderosky, and Mike Hooker were named to the ABCA All-Region IV Defensive Team as announced by the organization last week on its web site.

The 2026 ABCA NCAA Div. III Region All-Defensive teams have been announced in all 10 regions. The teams are voted on by members of the American Baseball Coaches Association and the process is led by the ABCA NCAA Div. III All-America & Coach of the Year Committee.

This doubles the number of Bulldogs that have been named Defensive Team All-Region joining Derek Moyer (2010), Colin Trembley (2023), and Anderosky (2025). Anderosky and Rorick earned a national Gold Glove as announced last week as well.

Rorick had a truly remarkable season at second base totaling 161 chances in the middle infield and sporting a 1.000 fielding percentage going errorless for the entire season. He had 75 putouts and 86 assists, while turning 21 double plays in the middle.

Anderosky cemented his All-American season with this award after also being named the MAC Freedom Defensive Player of the Year in centerfield. He had 144 chances in CF also without making an error. Anderosky totaled 139 putouts and had five outfield assists.

Hooker finished the season with a 1.000 fielding percentage on the bump collecting eight assists and one putout totaling 82 2/3 innings.
