Biography
2008-09: Top time in cross country (6K) was 24:02 at the Sea Gull Opener @ Salisbury University…finished 18th at the MAC Championships in a time of 24:56.17 earning All-MAC Second-Team honors…in track and field was a member of the 4x800-meter relay team that took third and the distance medley relay team that took fourth at the MAC Indoor Championships…finished seventh in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and 16th in the 1,500-meters at the MAC Outdoor Championships.
Personal/High School: Daughter of Leonard and Janet Harmon…born January 12, 1990…participated in soccer, cross country, basketball, and track & field in high school…named Most Valuable distance runner three times…CC league champion four times…member of Dean’s List…English major with a minor in Spanish.
