2008-09: Top time in cross country was 27:26 at the Paul Short Invitational @ Lehigh University…finished 57^th at the MAC Championships…in track & field was part of the 4x800-meter relay team that broke the indoor school-record and was a member of the 4x800 and distance medley relay team that took first place at the MAC Indoor Championships…took 13^th in the 1,500-meters at the MAC Outdoor Championships.

2007-08: Top time in cross country was 27:07 at the Don Cathcart Invitational @ Salisbury University…finished 14^th at the MAC Championships, earning MAC Second-Team All-Conference honors…in track & field took home sixth place in the one mile at the MAC Indoor Championships and was eighth in the 1,500-meters at the MAC Outdoor Championships.

2006-07: Top time in cross country was 27:51.9 at the Lehigh Valley Championships…finished 71^st at the MAC Championships…in track & field finished third in the 1,500-meters at the MAC Outdoor Championships.

Personal/High School: Son of Julie and Jeff Hess…born November 13, 1987…participated in cross country and track & field in high school…accounting major with a minor in finance.
