Biography

DeSales:

Returns to the team as a probable starter at the center position...a proven scorer in the post with an array of post moves...an improved rebounder and defender...ability to step out and knock down 12-15 foot jumper...runs the floor well...good finisher in the paint...plays with a lot of emotion...has developed into an excellent foul shooter...enters season among the all-time leaders in field goal percentage (3rd - 59.4%), blocked shots (6th - 71) and points scored (18th - 1,062).

2006-07: Played and started all 30 games...led team in scoring (15.3 PPG) and rebounding (6.6 RPG)...shot 58.2 percent (171-of-294) from the floor and a career-high 71.1 percent (118-of-166) from the free throw line...tallied a team-high 26 blocked shots...named to Lehigh Valley Small College Basketball Association Team of the Month (December)...named Freedom Conference Player of the Week twice...named Casa Mia Holiday Tournament Most Valuable Player...named First-Team All-Freedom Conference and to D3hoops.com All Mid-Atlantic Region Second-Team...recorded three double-doubles and scored double digit points in all by four games...tallied two 30+ point games including a career-high 33 points in a February win over FDU-Florham and totaled 31 points in a win over Immaculata University.

2005-06: One of three players to start all 26 games...named to All-Freedom Conference First-Team...named Freedom Conference Player of the Week once...led the team in scoring (14.6 PPG) and rebounding (7.4 RPG)...shot a team-high 60.8 percent (160-of-263) from the field and had team-high 26 blocked shots...totaled double digits in scoring 18 times and recorded a team-high five double-doubles...tallied 20+ points in seven games and had a than career-high 26 points in a win over Drew University...tallied 22 points and grabbed a than career-high 16 rebounds in a win over Briarcliffe College.

2004-05: Appeared in all 28 games, making 23 starts...averaged 8.0 points and 4.1 rebounds in 17.1 minutes per game...shot a team-high 59.2 percent (93-of-157) from the field...led team with 19 blocked shots...totaled double digits 10 times and scored a season-high 20 points in a win over Drew University...grabbed a season-high 10 rebounds in a win over FDU-Florham.
