As a Senior (2022-23)
·       Top marks in indoor track & field were 1.75m (high jump), 7.30m (long jump – new school-record), and 14.23m (triple jump).
·       Earned MAC Gold and All-MAC First-Team honors taking first place in both the long jump and triple jump at the MAC Indoor track & field Championships.
·       Named MAC Indoor Field Athlete of the Year.
·       Qualified for the NCAA Division III Indoor National Championships in the long jump taking 15^th place out of 19 jumpers.
·       Named USTFCCCA All-Region in both the long jump and triple jump.
·       Top marks in outdoor track & field were both school-records in the long jump (7.21m) and triple jump (14.32m).
·       Finished third in the triple jump to earn All-MAC Third-Team honors and won MAC Gold to earn All-MAC First-Team honors in the long at the MAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
·       Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in both the long jump and triple jump.
 
As a Junior (2021-22)
·       Top marks in indoor track & field were 7.15m (long jump) and 14.75 (triple jump) setting new school-records in each event.
·       MAC Champion in both the long jump (7.09m) and triple jump (14.75m) to earn All-MAC First-Team honors twice.
·       Named MAC Field Athlete of the Year.
·       Qualified for NCAA Division III Indoor T&F Championships in both the long jump, finishing 18^th, and triple jump (finishing 19^th).
·       Named USTFCCCA All-Region in both the long jump and triple jump.
·       Top marks in outdoor track & field were 7.03m (long jump) and 14.21m (triple jump) setting a new school-record in the triple jump.
·       MAC Champion in the long jump (6.79m) to earn All-MAC First-Team honors and took second in the triple jump (13.71m) to earn All-MAC Second-Team honors.
·       Named USTFCCCA All-Region in both the long jump and triple jump.
 
As a Sophomore (2020-21)
·       Top times/marks in outdoor track & field were 7.60 (long jump) and 14.20 (triple jump) setting new school-records in each event.
·       MAC Champion in the triple jump (14.20m) and long jump (7.02m) to earn MAC Rookie of the Year honors at the MAC Outdoor Championships.
·       Member of the 4x100 meter relay team that finished fifth at the MAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 44.18.
 
Personal/High School
·       Son of Tanya Daniel and Lateef Phoenix.
·       Participated in track & field in high school.
·       2x triple jump indoor state champ and long jump state champ in 2019.
·       Named First-Team All-State in triple jump twice and long jump once.
·       Triple jump outdoor T&F conference champ in 2018.
·       Double major in marketing and sport management.
