2008-09: Top time in cross country was 27:41 at the Paul Short Invitational @ Lehigh University…finished 25th at the MAC Championships…in track & field finished 11th in the 5,000-meters at the MAC Indoor Championships…took home eighth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and 13th in the 5,000-meters at the MAC Outdoor Championships.

2007-08: Top time in cross county was 27.33 at the NCAA Division III Mid-East Regionals…finished 33rd at the MAC Championships…in track & field, took home eighth place in the one mile during the MAC Indoor Championships and was 12th place in the 5,000-meters and sixth place in the 3,000-meter steeplechase during the MAC Outdoor Championships.

2006-07: Top time in cross country was 29:19.79 at the Dickinson College Invitational…finished 78th at the MAC Championships…in track & field finished 14th in 3,000-meter steeplechase at MAC Outdoor Championships.

Personal/High School: Son of Andrea and Fred Cuga…born June 10, 1988…participated in cross country and track & field in high school…high school team won cross country state championship four times…member of Dean’s List…double major in computer science and mathematics.
