Entering the ’11 Season:  Morrissey enters her senior season ranked fifth all-time in ERA (2.70), third in wins (32), tied for second in saves (3), fourth in appearances (67), tied for 13th in relief appearances (11), fourth in games started (56), seventh in complete-games (32), third in shutouts (8), fourth in innings pitched (345.1), and second in strikeouts (348).

2011 Season:  Appeared in 19 games in the circle, starting 15 games…posted a 9-4 record with a 2.25 ERA including eight complete-games, three shutouts, and one save…second on the team with 87 innings pitched…opponent’s batted just .193 off her…struck out 85 batters…tossed a five-inning no-hitter allowing three walks and striking out six vs. Kean University…tossed a four-hit shutout vs. Misericordia University in the ECAC Tournament with four strikeouts…had two hits and scored four runs at the plate…named to All-Freedom Conference Second-Team and Freedom Conference Pitcher of the Week once.

2010 Season:  Made 23 appearances, 22 starts on the mound…posted a 9-10 record with a 3.88 ERA…tallied nine complete-games, two shutouts, and totaled 119 innings pitched…finished with a team-high 130 strikeouts…opponents batted just .223 off her…both shutouts were three-hitters with nine K’s in wins over Freedom Conference foes Wilkes University and Delaware Valley College…named Freedom Conference Pitcher of the Week once and to All-Freedom Conference Second-Team.

2009 Season:  Appeared in 25 games, making 19 starts on the mound…led the team with 14 wins and a 1.96 ERA…totaled three shutouts and 15 complete games and had 133 strikeouts in 139.1 innings pitched…opponents batted just .219 off her…also tallied two saves in relief…had one hit at the plate, a two-RBI single vs. Misericordia in the Freedom Conference playoffs…tossed her first complete-game shutout vs. Misericordia allowing just three hits and striking out 10…struck out 12 in her first career start in the circle vs. Siena Heights University…struck out nine in seven innings of work vs. Delaware Valley College in the opening game of the Freedom Conference playoffs…named Freedom Conference Pitcher of the Week four times…named Freedom Conference Rookie of the Year and to All-Freedom Conference First-Team.

Personal & High School:  Daughter of Tom and Diane Morrissey…participated in softball and field hockey in high school…named team MVP as both a junior and senior…broke six high school pitching records including most strikeouts in a season and a career…nursing major with a minor in psychology.
