Entering the ’13 Season:  Gayeski enters his senior season ranked tied for ninth in wins (16), 13th in innings pitched (155.1), 19th in appearances (41), tied for eighth in games started (25), and 10th in strikeouts (134).

2013 Season:  Named to All-Freedom Conference Second-Team…appeared in 11 games, making nine starts posting a 6-1 record with a 4.76 ERA…totaled 45.1 innings pitched, striking out 31 and opponents’ batting .296 off him…earned win over Misericordia University in early March with 5.1 innings allowing just two runs…walked just two batters over final 10.2 innings pitched.

2012 Season:  Medical red-shirt after off-season surgery.

2011 Season:  Made 18 appearances, starting five games on the mound…posted a 2-2 record with a team-low 3.02 ERA…tallied three saves and totaled 56.2 innings pitched…struck out 52 and opponents batted just .257 off him…earned first win allowing just one unearned run over six innings vs. Manhattanville College…named Freedom Conference Pitcher of the Week once…named Freedom Conference Pitcher of the Year and to All-Freedom Conference First-Team.

2010 Season:  Appeared in 12 games, making a team-high 11 starts…tied for the team lead with eight wins and posted a final record of 8-2…finished with a 7.09 ERA in 53.1 innings pitched…struck out 51 batters and walked just 19…earned first career win with three innings of shutout baseball with three K’s in a win over Kean…pitched six innings allowing just one run and striking out eight in a win over Eastern…struck out eight or more batters in a game three times.

Personal/High School:  Son of David and Michelle Gayeski…participated in baseball and basketball in high school…named Second-Team All-Conference in baseball twice, in basketball once, and Honorable Mention in basketball once…played in Carpenter Cup in 2009…named American Legion State Pitcher of the Year in 2009…worked summer of 2009 as a Paraprofessional Intern with the Delaware Autism Program…high school baseball team won Delaware state title in 2008 and was state semi-finalist in 2009…member of Dean’s List…marketing major.
