2012-13: Finished 11th at the MAC CC Championships with a time of 27:15.98 to earn All-MAC Second-Team honors…had a season-best 8K time of 27:02.2 to finish 63rd at the NCAA Mid-East Regional Championships…named to MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll…top time in indoor track was 16:03.25 (5,000-meters)…in outdoor track & field finished sixth in the 10,000-meters (33:16.87) at the MAC Outdoor T&F Championships…top times in outdoor track & field were 2:13.01 (800-meters), 4:18.71 (1,500-meters), 15:42.71 (5,000-meters), and 33:16.88 (10,000-meters)…named to MAC Winter and Spring Academic Honor Roll.
2011-12: Finished 27th at the MAC CC Championships with a time of 29:12.70…ran a season-best time of 26:59 at the SUNY-Oneonta Invitational…named to MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll.
2010-11: Top time in cross country (8K) was 27:05.65 at the MAC Championships where he placed 21st overall…earned varsity letter in outdoor track & field.
Personal/High School: Son of Joseph and Lisa Kaminski…participated in lacrosse, cross country, and track & field in high school…team MVP and captain as a senior…2009 Delaware State Champion…named First-Team All-State in 2009…named All-County in 2008 and 2009…member of Dean’s List…sport & exercise science major with a double minor in biology and psychology.
