Pereira joined Coach Goeller's staff in the summer of 2021 having graduated from St. Francis University with a bachelor of science in healthcare studies in 2017 and later earned a Master of Sport Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2019.
She was a four-time Atlantic 10 All-Conference selection including First-Team in 2018 at VCU and First-Team in 2016 at SFU. She was named to the 2018 NFHCA All-South Region Second-Team and VaSID All-State Second Team. Pereira was named to the 2016 All-Mid Atlantic Region Second-Team and the ECAC All-Star First-Team.
In between her undergrad and graduate degrees, Pereira trained and competed full time with the Canadian Indoor and Outdoor National teams. She owns her USA FH Level II Coaching certification and is in progress to earn her Coaching Association of Canada - NCCP Competition Development certification.
A native of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Pereira will be pursuing her MBA with a concentration in Finance.
