·       Placed 52^nd at the MAC Championships with a time of 27:43.2.
·       Finished 62^nd at the NCAA Division III Metro Region Championships with a time of 26:45.0.
·       Top 8K time was the NCAA Regional Championships.
·       Named to MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll.
 
As a First-Year (2025-26) – Track & Field
·       Top times in indoor T&F were 4:36.17 (Mile), 9:05.72 (3,000-meters), and 15:48.89 (5,000-meters).
·       Placed 17^th in the 3,000-meters and 11^th in the 5,000-meters at the MAC Indoor T&F Championships.
·       Top times in outdoor T&F were 4:21.33 (1,500-meters), 15:45.70 (5,000-meters), and 33:15.94 (10,000-meters).
 
Personal/High School
·       Son of Crystal Sisson and Donald Twist Jr.
·       Participated in cross country, track & field, and skiing in HS.
·       4x Colonial League medalist.
·       District II medalist once.
·       Qualified for PIAA AAA State Championship twice.
·       Biology major with a minor in chemistry.
