Biography
As a Sophomore (2024) – Cross Country
· Placed 10th to earn All-MAC First-Team honors at the MAC Championships with a time of 27:03.2.
· Finished 88th at the NCAA Division III Metro Regional Championships.
· Top 8K time was 25:54.4 at the Border Battle @ Rowan University.
· Named to MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll.
· Named to MCC Academic All-MAC Team.
As a Sophomore (2024-25) – Track & Field
· Top times in indoor T&F were 2:02.67 (800-meters), 4:33.52 (mile), 8:44.64 (3,000-meters) and 15:17.69 (5,000-meters).
· Earned All-MAC Third-Team honors with a third place finish in the 5K at the MAC Indoor T&F Championships.
· Member of the 4x800 meter relay that placed fourth at the MAC Indoor T&F Championships.
· Top times in outdoor T&F were 2:04.08 (800-meters), 4:05.05 (1,500-meters), 14:36.89 (5,000-meters), and 9:41.91 (steeplechase).
· Placed fifth in both the 5K and Steeplechase at the MAC Outdoor T&F Championships.
· Named to MAC Winter and Spring Academic Honor Roll.
· Named CSC Academic All-District.
As a First-Year (2023-24) – Track & Field
· Top times in indoor T&F were 2:06.16 (800-meters) and 4:30.80 (Mile).
