Biography
2009-10: Top time in cross country was 26:18.9 at the NCAA Mid-East Regionals…finished 25th at the MAC Championships…in track & field placed eighth in the 5,000-meters at the MAC Indoor Championships and 16th in the 5,000-meters at the MAC Outdoor Championships.
2008-09: Top time in cross country was 27:15.59 at the DeSales University Invitational…finished fifth at the MAC Championships, earning MAC First-Team All-Conference honors…in track & field was 14th in the 5,000-meters at the MAC Indoor Championships…took fifth in the 10,000-meters and 11th in the 5,000-meters at the MAC Outdoor Championships.
2007-08: Top time in cross country was 27:80 at the NCAA Division III Mid-East Regionals…finished 15th at the MAC Championships, earning MAC Second-Team All-Conference honors…in track & field finished 10th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and 11th in the 5,000-meters at the MAC Outdoor Championships.
