Biography
As a Junior (2022-23) – Track & Field
· Top times in indoor T&F were 2:00.58 (800 meters), 4:21.95 (Mile), and 8:38.37 (3,000-meters).
· Member of the DMR relay that won MAC Gold and broke the school record as well as the 4x800 meter relay that also won MAC Gold at the MAC Indoor Championships.
· Finished seventh in the mile at the MAC Indoor Championships.
· Top times in outdoor T&F were 2:01.40 (800-meters), 3:58.89 (1,500-meters), 14:50.54 (5,000-meters).
· Member of the 4x800 meter relay team that finished second at the MAC Outdoor Championships.
· Took home fourth place in the 5K at the MAC Outdoor Championships.
· Named CSC Academic All-District in CC/T&F.
· Named to MAC Winter and Spring Academic Honor Roll.
As a Junior (2022) – Cross Country
· Named All-MAC First-Team at the MAC Championships with a sixth place finish (25:38.4).
· Earned All-Region honors at the NCAA Metro Region Championships with a 13th place finish (26:14).
· Qualified for NCAA Division III National Championships finishing 251st out of 292 runners with a time of 27:09.3.
· Named Academic All-MAC, CSC Academic All-District, USTFCCCA All-Academic, and to the MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll.
· Top 8k time came at the MAC Championships.
As a Sophomore (2021-22) – Track & Field
· Top times in indoor T&F were 2:04.80 (800 meters), 4:28.91 (Mile), and 9:29.76 (3,000 meters).
· Finished seventh in the mile at the MAC Indoor T&F Championships.
· Member of distance medley relay team that won MAC Gold at the MAC Indoor Championships.
· Top times in outdoor T&F were 1:59.88 (800 meters), 3:59.27 (1,500 meters), and 15:12.59 (5,000 meters).
· Finished eighth in the 1,500-meters at the MAC Outdoor T&F Championships.
· Member of the 4x800 meter relay team that finished second at the MAC Outdoor T&F Championships.
· Named to MAC Winter and Spring Academic Honor Roll.
As a Sophomore (2021) – Cross Country
· Named MAC Rookie of the Year and All-MAC First-Team after third place finish at MAC Championships with a time of 26:49.0.
· Earned All-Region honors with a 28th place finish at NCAA Division III Metro Region Championships in a time of 26:32.3.
· Top 8k time came at the NCAA Regional Championships.
· Named Academic All-MAC.
· Named to MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll.
As a Freshman (2020-21) – Track & Field
· Top times in outdoor T&F were 4:07.80 (1,500-meters) and 15:58.93.

· Fall season cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

· Participated in cross country, swimming, and track & field in high school.
· Finished as District XI Runner-up and State qualifier in 1,600 meters.
· 3x team captain in CC and 2x team captain in T&F.
