Conklin was named the graduate assistant coach in June of 2023, having graduated from Florida Southern College in 2023, with a bachelor's degree in exercise science and a minor in business administration. Conklin will help coach the offense for the Bulldogs.
Conklin played lacrosse at the collegiate level for 5 years, beginning his career at Lincoln Memorial University (2019-2020) Before transferring to Florida Southern College to finish his career (2021-2023). During those 5 years, Conklin appeared in 38 games scoring a total of 27 points.
Joe is originally from Wantagh, NY, and will pursue a Master of Business Administration in Project Management.
