As a Junior (2019-20) – Track & Field
·       Top times in indoor track were 1:52.91 (800-meters), 4:24.71 (mile), and 8:56.64 (3,000-meters).
·       Finished second in the 800-meters to earn All-MAC Second-Team honors, member of the 4x800 and DMR relay teams that placed first to earn All-MAC First-Team honors, and member of the 4x400 relay team that placed third to earn All-MAC Third-Team honors at the MAC Indoor T&F Championships.
·       Qualified for NCAA Division III National Championships in 800-meters and earned All-American honors after meet was cancelled due to COVID-19.
·       Named CoSIDA Academic All-District First-Team.
·       Named CoSIDA Academic All-America First-Team.
·       Named NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Men’s Elite 90 Award Winner.
·       Named to Academic All-MAC Team and USTFCCCA All-Academic.
·       Named to MAC Winter and Spring Academic Honor Roll.
 
As a Junior (2019) – Cross Country
·       Named to MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll.
·       Finished 34^th at the MAC Championships with a time of 26:47.5.
·       Ran a season-best 8K time at the MAC Championships.
 
As a Sophomore (2018-19) – Track & Field
·       Top times in indoor T&F were 1:55.16 (800-meters).
·       Finished fourth in the 800-meters (1:56.58), member of the 4x400 meter relay team (3:34.48) that placed fifth, and a member of the 4x800 meter relay team (8:06.59) that took first place at the MAC Indoor T&F Championships.
·       Top times in outdoor T&F were 50.62 (400-meters), 1:53.86 (800-meters), 3:59.60 (1,500-meters).
·       Finished second in the 800-meters to earn All-MAC Second-Team honors (1:53.87), member of the 4x400 meter relay (3:19.33) that placed first, and member of the 4x800 meter relay team (7:44.91) that finished first at the MAC Outdoor T&F Championships.
·       Named to Google Cloud Academic All-District First-Team.
·       Named to Google Cloud Academic All-America Third-Team.
·       Named to Indoor T&F Academic All-MAC Team.
·       Named to Outdoor T&F Academic All-MAC Team.
·       Named USTFCCCA All-Academic.

As a Sophomore (2018) – Cross Country
·       Ran in just one race with a 5K time of 18:23.8.
·       Named to MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll.
 
As a Freshman (2017-18) Track & Field
·       Top times in indoor track were 1:57.07 (800-meters), 2:40.68 (1,000-meters), and 4:37.12 (mile).
·       Finished third in the 800-meters (1:57.94), was a member of the 4x400 (3:29.04) and 4x800 (8:14.82) meter relay teams that each placed third at the MAC Indoor T&F Championships.
·       Top times in outdoor track were 50.78 (400-meters), 1:54.51 (800-meters), and 4:07.71 (1,500-meters).
·       Member of the 4x400 meter relay team (3:17.65) that won the MAC Championship with a first place finish, the 4x800 meter (7:54.28) relay team that finished fourth, and finished third in the 800-meters (1:54.51) at the MAC Outdoor T&F Championships.
·       Member of 4x400-meter relay team named USTFCCCA All-Region for outdoor track & field.
·       Named to MAC Men’s Indoor T&F Academic All-MAC Team.
·       Named to MAC Winter and Spring Academic Honor Roll.
