Biography

DeSales:

Returns to the lineup as a probable starter at the "4" position on the floor...does all the little things on the court like grab loose balls, crash the offensive boards and moves well without the ball...ability to hit open jumper...excellent rebounder on both ends of the floor...plays bigger than her size.

2006-07: Played in 24-of-26 games all of which were starts...ranked fourth on the team in scoring at 7.5 points per game and third on the team in rebounding at 5.0 rebounds per game...also ranked second on the team in free throw shooting at 82.1 percent (55-of-67)...named to Starters Tip-off All-Tournament team averaging 16.0 points and 6.5 rebounds in the two games...one of six players named to MASCAC Winter Academic Honor Roll...reached double digit in points nine times and recorded one double-double...scored a career-high 22 points in the season opening win over Keystone College.

2005-06: Appeared and started 27-of-28 games...averaged 8.4 points and ranked second on the team in rebounding pulling down 5.2 boards per game...also averaged 1.5 assist per game and 1.4 steals per game...scored in double digits in 14 games and had two double-doubles...both double-doubles came in wins over FDU-Florham including a 17-point, 11-rebound performance on January 11th and a 15-point, 12-rebound game on February 8th.

2004-05: Appeared in 19 games and made three starts...averaged 4.0 points and 3.8 rebounds per game...averaged 6.3 points and 6.0 rebounds over her final 11 games prior to injuring her leg...tallied two double-doubles including a 10-point, 13-rebound performance in a win over Delaware Valley College and a career-high 14-point, 14-rebound performance in a win over Lycoming College.

Personal & High School: Born August 28, 1986...participated in basketball, volleyball, track & field and softball in high school...named All-Area Honorable Mention in basketball...involved as an orientation leader, peer mentor, member of DAWGS and SAAC on campus...serves as the co-chair of the SAAC organization and secretary for the MASCAC SAAC...spent the summer doing an internship with the strength and conditioning coach at Stonybrook University...member of Dean’s List and Delta Epsilon Sigma...sport and exercise science major with a minor in sport management.
