Gutierrez (formerly Sondrine Glovas) was named an assistant coach with the Bulldogs in the summer of 2025. She is a 2014 graduate of DeSales University earning a degree in marketing.
As a Bulldog, Gutierrez helped DSU win one MAC Freedom Championship in 2011 and participated in one NCAA Tournament the same year. She finished her career with 1,622 career points, ranking third all-time in scoring. Gutierrez also totaled 603 career rebounds to rank 20th and 283 steals to rank fourth all-time. She earned All-MAC Freedom honors three times including First-Team twice and Second-Team once, while also being named the MAC Freedom Rookie of the Year in 2011.
In addition Gutierrez was named the Lehigh Valley Small College Basketball Association Player of the Year in 2014, the D3hoops.com Rookie of the Year in 2011, and to the D3hoops.com All-Region Third-Team in 2013.
Prior to DeSales, Gutierrez has had coaching stints at nearby Wilson HS as the girls head coach, JV coach at Phillipsburg HS, and the head coach at Moravian Academy.
Professionally she began working in the financial services industry in 2010 and is still with the Glovas Gutierrez Morrow Group at Morgan Stanley.
