2015-16 CC:  Finished third at the MAC CC Championships with a time of 22:55.80 to earn All-MAC First-Team honors and also be named MAC Rookie of the Year…ran a season-best 6K time of 22:40.12 at the DeSales University Invitational…named MAC Runner and ECAC South Region Rookie of the Week once each…named to All-Mid-East Region team and All-Mid East Region Freshman Team after a 21^st place finish at the NCAA Mid-East Regional Championships…named to Women’s CC Academic All-MAC Team…named to USTFCCC All-Academic Team…named to MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll.  Indoor T&F:  Top times were 5:15.29 (Mile), 10:03.77 (3,000-meters), and 18:25.47 (5.000-meters)...placed third in the mile and second in the 3,000-meters to earn All-MAC First-Team honors twice at the MAC Indoor T&F Championships…named to USTFCCCA Indoor T&F All-Region team in the 3,000-meters.  Outdoor T&F:  Top times were 2:33.56 (800-meters), 4:47.29 (1,500-meters), 10:23.04 (3,000-meters), and 17:41.06 (5,000-meters)… placed third in the 1,500-meters and second in the 5,000-meters to earn All-MAC First-Team honors twice, and was a member of the 4x800 meter relay team that finished third at the MAC Outdoor T&F Championships.
 
Personal/High School:  Daughter of Linda Biondo…participated in cross country, track & field, and swimming in high school…named Express-Times All-Area (2011)…named Honorable-Mention All-Colonial League (2011)…won Pen Argyl’s Shining Knight Award three times…placed 19^th at PIAA State CC meet in 2013…won 1,600-meters and 3,200-meters at the Colonial League T&F Championships in 2015…placed 11^th at the PIAA State T&F Championships in the 1,600-meters and fourth in the 3,200-meters…team captain of cross country team in 2013 and 2014…nursing major.
