As a Sophomore (2025) – Cross Country
·       Placed second at the MAC Championships with a time of 22:51.2 to earn All-MAC First-Team honors.
·       Earned All-Region honors with a fourth place finish at the NCAA Division III Metro Region Championships.
·       Qualified for the NCAA Division III National Championships, placing 70^th of 290 runners with a time of 22:29.9.
·       Top 6K time came at the Metro Regional Championships (21:21.3).
·       Named to USTFCCA All-Academic.
·       Named Academic All-MAC.
·       Named CSC Academic All-District.
·       Named to MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll.
 
As a Sophomore (2025-26) – Track & Field
·       Top times in indoor T&F were 5:06.74 (Mile), 10:06.41 (3,000-meters), and 16:44.88 (5,000-meters).
·       MAC Champion and All-MAC First-Team in the 5,000-meters at the MAC Indoor T&F Championships.
·       Placed second in the 3,000-meters to earn All-MAC Second-Team honors at the MAC Indoor T&F Championships.
·       Qualified for and placed sixth in the 5K at the NCAA Division III Indoor T&F National Championships to earn First-Team All-American honors.
·       Named USTFCCCA All-Region 3x in the mile, 3K, and 5K.
·       Named to Academic All-MAC Team for Indoor T&F.
·       Top times in outdoor T&F were 17:20.39 (5,000-meters) and 35:55.91 (10,000-meters).
·       MAC Champion and All-MAC First-Team in the 10,000-meters at the MAC Outdoor T&F Championships.
·       Earned All-MAC Third-Team honors in the 5,000-meters at the MAC Outdoor T&F Championships.

·       Qualified for the NCAA Division III National Championships placing 184^th of 290 runners.
·       Named Academic All-MAC.

·       Top 6K time was 22:05.5 at the Border Battle @ Rowan University.
 
As a First-Year (2024-25) – Track & Field
·       Top times in indoor T&F were 5:30.93 (mile), 10:23.33 (3,000-meters), and 17:47.15 (5,000-meters).
·       Earned All-MAC Second-Team honors with a second place finish in the 5K at the MAC Indoor T&F Championships.
·       Earned All-MAC Third-Team honors with a third place finish in the 3K at the MAC Indoor T&F Championships.
·       Named USTFCCCA All-Region in the 5K during indoor T&F.
·       Named to Indoor T&F Academic All-MAC Team.
·       Top times in outdoor T&F were 10:35.37 (3,000-meters), 19:05.54 (5,000-meters), and 36:56.42 (10,000-meters).
·       Earned All-MAC Second-Team honors with a second place finish in the 10K at the MAC Outdoor T&F Championships.
·       Named USTFCCCA All-Region in the 10K during outdoor T&F.
