Coach Cain is entering his seventh season dating back to the Bulldog’s inaugural season in 2017.
Cain helped mentor for DeSales goalkeeper Rachel Sheubrooks to All MAC Freedom Conference honors in 2018 & 2021 and the current all-time leader in career saves and save percentage (.440).
He has also served as the head girls lacrosse coach at nearby Southern Lehigh High School for five seasons, compiling a record of 58-18 and winning back to back District 11 2A championships in 2021 and 2022. Cain was named the Lehigh Valley Coach of the Year 2021 and Philly Lax Northeast PA co-Coach of the Year 2021.
He resides in Center Valley, PA with wife Tiffany, son Luke, a senior at Penn State University, and daughter Teah a sophomore club lacrosse player at Penn State University as well as their Goldendoodle, Ike.
