Coach Cain is entering his sixth season dating back to the inaugural 2017 season and second year with head coach Emily Pepe.  His primary focus is on the Bulldog goal keepers with responsibilities including goalies mental game, speed of hands and feet, defensive eyes on the unit, and mentor.

Cain coached former Bulldogs Rachel Sheubrooks to MAC All-Conference honors in 2018. Sheubrooks career saves and saves percentage stands at 282 and 43.4%, respectively. 

Also, entering his fifth season as Head Girls Coach at nearby Southern Lehigh High School. Has compiled a record of 40-16 in first four years winning the District 11, 2A championship in 2021 and two (2) runner-up finishes in 2018 & 2019.

Resides in Center Valley PA with wife Tiffany, son Luke a junior at Penn State University, daughter Teah a freshman lax player at Penn State and their Goldendoodle, Ike.
