Russell joins both the men's and women's coaching staff during the Fall of 2022 having graduated from Morgan State University with a bachelor's degree in political science.
She is a former Bahamian National athlete, Junior Fed Cup Team Coach and Fed Cup Team captain. Russell has six years of experience in junior development and high performance tennis coaching and is a certified International Tennis Federation Level 1 & 2 Coach. She is also certified by the Bahamas Olympic Committee as a Level 1 Mental Coach.
Russell will be pursuing her MBA while at DeSales with a focus on project management.
