2014-15 Season:  CC: Finished 31^st at the MAC CC Championships with a time of 24:46.59…ran a season-best 6K time at the MAC CC Championships…named to MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll.  Indoor track & field: top times were 1:10.42 (400-meters), 1:24.44 (500-meters), 2:30.22 (800-meters), 3:27.11 (1,000-meters), and 6:28.45 (mile)…part of the distance medley relay and 4x800 meter relay team that placed second to earn All-MAC First-Team honors and the 4x400 meter relay team that placed fifth to earn All-MAC Second-Team honors at the MAC Indoor T&F Championships…named to MAC Winter Academic Honor Roll.  Outdoor track & field: top times were 2:32.18 (800-meters), 5:24.92 (1,500-meters), 12:24.74 (3,000-meter steeplechase), and 19:32.54 (5,000-meters)…placed sixth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (12:24.74) to earn All-MAC Second-Team honors, was part of the 4x400 meter relay team that placed seventh, and the 4x800 meter relay team that placed third to earn All-MAC First-Team honors at the MAC Outdoor T&F Championships…named to MAC Spring Academic Honor Roll.
 
2013-14 Season:  CC: Finished 24^th at the MAC CC Championships with a time of 25:13.99…top 6K time was 24:21 at the CTC Championships…named to MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll. Indoor track& field: Member of the 4x800-meter relay team that took fifth and the distance medley relay team that placed second at the MAC Indoor T&F Championships…top times in indoor track were 1:05.24 (400-meters), 2:32.71 (800-meters), 3:21.41 (1,000-meters), 5:49.84 (one mile run), and 12:26.60 (3,000-meters). Outdoor track & field: Placed third in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (12:11.08), was a member of the 4x400 meter relay team that placed fifth, and was a member of the 4x800 meter relay team that placed fourth at MAC Outdoor T&F Championships…top times in outdoor track were 5:21.76 (1,500-meters), 12:11.08 (3,000-meter steeplechase), and 20:46.59 (5,000-meters)…named to both MAC Winter and Spring Academic Honor Roll.
 
2012-13 Season:  CC: Finished fifth overall at the MAC CC Championships in a time of 24:15.92 to earn All-MAC First-Team honors…placed 53^rd at the NCAA Mid-East Regional Championships with a time of 24:11.0…top 6K time on the season was 23:59.00 at the Salisbury University Invitational. Indoor track & field: member of the 4x800-meter relay team that placed fifth and the distance medley team that placed second at the MAC Indoor Championships…top times in indoor track were 2:29.77 (800-meters). Outdoor track & field: placed third in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, was a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that placed seventh and the 4x800-meter relay team that placed fifth at the MAC Outdoor Championships…top times in outdoor track were 2:23.29 (800-meters), 5:05.87 (1,500-meters), 11:58.27 (3,000-meter steeplechase), and 19:43.36 (5,000-meters).
 
Personal/High School:  Daughter of Jill and Glen Labar…participated in basketball, cross country, and track & field in high school…named team MVP once…member of Dean’s List…sport & exercise science major.
