2008-09: Top time in cross country (6K) was 24:26 at the Paul Short Invitational hosted by Lehigh University…finished 23rd at the MAC Championships with a time of 25:34.00… in track and field was a member of the 4x800-meter relay team that took third and the distance medley relay team that took fourth at the MAC Indoor Championships…took home 13th in the 800-meters and 15th in the 1,500-meters at the MAC Outdoor Championships.

2007-08: Top time in cross country (6K) was 23:25 at the Don Cathcart Invitational @ Salisbury University…finished ninth at the MAC Championships in a time of 25:19.43 earning First-Team All-MAC honors…in track and field finished ninth in the one mile run and 11th in the 5,000-meters at the MAC Indoor Championships…took home eighth in the 1,500-meters and ninth in the 800-meters at the MAC Outdoor Championships.

2006-07: Top time in cross country (6K) was 24:19.87 at the Dickinson College Invitational…finished 19th at the MAC Championships in a time of 26:53.15 earning All-MAC Second-Team honors…in track and field finished eighth in the one mile run, and third in both the 4x800-meter relay and distance medley relay at the MAC Indoor Championships…took home 10th in the 800-meters and 1,500-meters and was 24th in the 5,000-meters at the MAC Outdoor Championships.
