2010-11:  Top times in indoor track were 2:44.34 (800-meters), 5:52.26 (one mile), 11:47.52 (3,000-meters), and 20;17.70 (5,000-meters)…placed 13th in the 5,000-meter run (20:17.70) at the MAC Indoor T&F Championships…top times in outdoor track were 5:31.34 (1,500-meters), 20:46.77 (5,000-meters), and 44:32.59 (10,000-meters)…placed 24th in the 5,000-meter run (21:48.59) and 12th in the 10,000-meter run (44;32.59) at the MAC Outdoor T&F Championships…named to MAC Winter and Spring Academic Honor Roll.

2009-10:  Finished 29th at the MAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 26:25.26…named to MAC Fall, Winter, and Spring Academic Honor Roll…placed 12th in the 5,000-meters at the MAC Indoor Championships in track & field…was a member of the 4x800-meter relay team that took fourth and placed 15th in the 5,000-meters (20:36.72) at the MAC Outdoor T&F Championships.

2008-09:  Top time in cross country (6K) was 24:02 at the Sea Gull Opener @ Salisbury University…finished 18th at the MAC Championships in a time of 24:56.17 earning All-MAC Second-Team honors…in track and field was a member of the 4x800-meter relay team that took third and the distance medley relay team that took fourth at the MAC Indoor Championships…finished seventh in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and 16th in the 1,500-meters at the MAC Outdoor Championships.

Personal/High School:  Daughter of Leonard and Janet Harmon…born January 12, 1990…participated in soccer, cross country, basketball, and track & field in high school…named Most Valuable distance runner three times…CC league champion four times…member of Dean’s List and Sigma Tau Delta honor society…English major with a minor in Spanish.
