Latza returns as an assistant coach specializing in hurdles and steeplechase.  One of the top athletes in DeSales cross country and track & field history, the 1998 graduate holds the school record in the 400-meter hurdles (54.97), outdoor high jump (6-7), pentathlon (3,132 points), and indoor high jump (6-6).  A standout cross country runner, he finished 25th at the 1996 NCAA Mid-East Region Championships earning All-Region honors and was named to the 1997 MAC First-Team.
