As a Junior (2023-24) – Track & Field
·       Top times in indoor T&F were 31.61 (200-meters), 1:09.99 (400-meters), 2:35.30 (800-meters), 5:26.05 (Mile), 10:46.29 (3K), and 19:10.36 (5K).
·       Placed sixth in the 3K at the MAC Indoor T&F Championships and was member of the DMR relay team that placed sixth.
·       Top times in outdoor T&F were 4:52.30 (1,500-meters), 18:02.91 (5K), and 11:31.34 (steeplechase).
·       Placed 3^rd in the steeplechase and fifth in the 5K at the MAC Outdoor T&F Championships.
·       Member of 4x800 relay that placed eighth at the MAC Outdoor T&F Championships.
·       Named USTFCCCA All-Region in the steeplechase during outdoor T&F season.
·       Named to MAC Winter and Spring Academic Honor Roll.
 
As a Junior (2023) – Cross Country
·       Placed 20^th to earn All-MAC Second-Team honors at the MAC Championships with a time of 25:46.7.
·       Top 6K time was 23:45.8 at the DeSales University Invitational.
·       Named USTFCCCA All-Academic.
·       Named to MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll.
 
As a Sophomore (2022-23) – Track & Field
·       Top times in indoor T&F were 1:08.62 (400-meters), 2:40.39 (800-meters), 3:15.50 (1,000-meters), 5:42.04 (Mile), and 10:31.35 (3,000-meters).
·       Member of the DMR relay team that won MAC Gold at the MAC Indoor Championships.
·       Finished sixth in the 3K at the MAC Indoor Championships.
·       Named USTFCCCA All-Region in Indoor T&F as part of the DMR relay team.
·       Top times in outdoor T&F were 2:31.59 (800-meters), 4:50.40 (1,500-meters), 11:54.82 (Steeplechase), and 18:44.94 (5,000-meters).
·       Took home eighth place in the 5K and fourth place in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the MAC Outdoor Championships.
·       Member of the 4x800 meter relay team that finished sixth at the MAC Outdoor Championships.
·       Named to MAC Winter and Spring Academic Honor Roll.
 
As a Sophomore (2022) – Cross Country
·       Placed 15^th at the MAC Championships to earn All-MAC Second-Team honors with a time of 23:93.3.
·       Earned All-Region honors with a 10^th place finish at the NCAA Division III Metro Region Championships with a time of 23:46.
·       Top 6K time was at the MAC Championships.
·       Named to MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll.
 
As a First-Year (2021-22) – Track & Field
·       Top times in indoor track & field were 32.50 (200-meters), 1:11.13 (400-meters), 2:39.94 (800-meters), and 5:45.66 (Mile).
·       Member of the 4x800 meter relay team that finshed fourth at the MAC Indoor Championships.
·       Top times in outdoor track & field were 2:34.06 (800-meters), 5:11.28 (1,500-meters), and 12:22.09 (Steeplechase).
·       Member of the 4x800 meter relay team that finished seventh at the MAC Outdoor Championships.
 
As a First-Year (2021) – Cross Country
·       Finished 56^th at the MAC Championships with a time of 25:57.1.
·       Top 6K time on the season was 25:18.8 at the DeSales University Invitational.

·       Participated in cross country, basketball, and track & field.
