2015-16 CC:  Finished 21^st at the MAC CC Championships with a time of 24:51.82…ran a season-best 6K time of 23:48.3 at the NCAA Mid-East Regional Championships…named to USTFCCC All-Academic Team…named to MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll.  Indoor T&F:  Top times were 2:32.45 (800-meters), 3:16.32 (1,000-meters), and 5:19.66 (mile)…placed fourth in the mile to earn All-MAC Second-Team honors and was a member of distance medley relay team that took first and the 4x800 meter relay team that placed third at the MAC Indoor T&F Championships… named to MAC Winter Academic Honor Roll.  Outdoor T&F:  Top times were 2:22.28 (800-meters), 4:47.86 (1,500-meters), and 10:43.52 (3,000-meters)…placed third in the 1,500-meters to earn All-MAC First-Team honors, was a member of the 4x400 meter relay team that placed fifth, and the 4x800 meter relay team that finished third at the MAC Outdoor T&F Championships… named to MAC Spring Academic Honor Roll.
 
2014-15 CC: Finished 15^th at the MAC CC Championships with a time of 24:08.89 to earn All-MAC Second-Team honors…ran a season-best 6K time of 23:39.7 at the SUNY-Geneseo Invitational…named to MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll.  Indoor T&F: top times were 2:28.08 (800-meters), 5:28.22 (mile), and 12:05.63 (3,000-meters)…finished sixth in the one mile run (5:28.22) to earn All-MAC Second-Team honors and was part of the distance medley relay and 4x800 meter relay team that placed second to earn All-MAC First-Team honors at the MAC Indoor T&F Championships…named to MAC Winter Sportsmanship team…named to MAC Winter Academic Honor Roll.  Outdoor T&F: top times were 2:26.00 (800-meters), 4:59.92 (1,500-meters), and 19:12.28 (5,000-meters)…placed eighth in the 1,500-meters (5:02.80) and was part of the 4x800 meter relay team that placed third to earn All-MAC First-Team honors at the MAC Outdoor T&F Championships…named to MAC Spring Academic Honor Roll.
 
2013-14 CC: Finished 27^th at the MAC CC Championships with a time of 25:29.66…top 6K time was 24:02 at the NCAA Mid-East Regional Championships.  Indoor T&F: was a member of the 4x800-meter relay team that took fifth and the distance medley relay team that placed second at the MAC Indoor T&F Championships…top times in indoor track were 2:55.41 (800-meters), 5:33.22 (one mile run), and 11:13.41 (3,000-meters).  Outdoor T&F: placed eighth in the 1,500-meters (4:58.66) and was a member of the 4x800 meter relay team that placed fourth at the MAC Outdoor T&F Championships…top times in outdoor track were 2:27.42 (800-meters), 4:52.15 (1,500-meters), and 18:59.05 (5,000-meters).
 
Personal/High School:  Daughter of Theresa and Randy Downing…participated in cross country and track & field in high school…named team MVP in CC all four years…won individual District II Championships as a junior and high school team won District II championship in 2010 and 2011…member of Dean’s List…criminal justice major.
