As a Junior (2016-17) – Cross Country

MAC Champion and Runner of the Year with a first place finish in a time of 22:21.8 at the MAC CC Championships.
Earned NCAA All-Mid East Region honors with a fifth place finish at the NCAA Regional Championships.
Finished 41^st out of 280 runners at the NCAA Division III National Championships, just six spots shy of earning All-American honors.
Named Dr. John Compardo Female Athlete of the Year.
Named MAC Runner of the Week once.
Named to Women’s CC Academic All-MAC Team.
Named to USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.

Top times in indoor track were 2:39.40 (800-meters), 3:17.14 (1,000-meters), 5:18.93 (Mile), 10:25.20 (3,000-meters), and 17:38.42 (5,000-meters).
MAC Champion in both the 3K and 5K at the MAC Indoor Championships.
Named to MAC Academic All-MAC Team for indoor track & field.
Top times in outdoor track were 2:28.72 (800-meters), 4:53.65 (1,500-meters), 17:06.90 (5,000-meters), and 36:43.24 (10,000-meters).
MAC Champion in both the 5K and 10K at the MAC Outdoor Championships.

As a Sophomore (2015-16) Track & Field

Top times in indoor track were 5:23.92 (mile), 10:29.61 (3,000-meters), and 17:53.24 (5,000-meters).
Placed third in the 5,000-meters to earn All-MAC First-Team honors and fourth in the 3,000-meters to earn All-MAC Second-Team honors at the MAC Indoor T&F Championships.
Placed second at the ECAC Championships in the 5,000-meter run.

Finished third at the MAC CC Championships with a time of 22:54.83 to earn All-MAC First-Team honors and be named the MAC Women’s CC Rookie of the Year.
Ran a season-best 6K time of 22:26.3 at the SUNY-Geneseo Invitational.
Named to NCAA All-Mid-East Region Team and All-Freshman Mid-East Region after a 26^th place finish at the NCAA Division III Mid-East Regionals

As a Freshman (2014-15) Track & Field

Top times in indoor track were 3:24.92 (1,000-meters), 5:34.41 (mile), 10:37.54 (3,000-meters), and 18:30.45 (5,000-meters).
Finished second in the 5,000-meters (18:39.21) to earn All-MAC First-Team honors and was part of the distance medley relay team that placed second to earn All-MAC First-Team honors at the MAC Indoor T&F Championships.
Named to ECAC South Region Rookie of the Week once.
