Lucash (formerly Averi Jordan) joined the women's basketball coaching staff in the summer of 2025. She graduated from DeSales in 2022 with a degree in Nursing.
Lucash is one of the most decorated players in DeSales women's basketball history having finished her career with 1,372 career points and 652 career rebounds. She helped DSU win four straight MAC Freedom Championships and advance to three NCAA Tournaments, including a Sweet 16 appearance in 2019. Lucash was named the MAC Freedom Player of the Year twice, earned All-MAC Freedom First-Team honors three times, and Second-Team honors once.
In addition she was named All-ECAC First-Team as a senior, the MAC Scholar-Athlete in 2022, WBCA All-Region First-Team and WBCA Honorable-Mention All-American three times. She was D3hoops.com All-Region Second-Team as a sophomore and First-Team as both a junior and senior. She was a two-time D3hoops.com Regional Player of the Year and named a D3hoops.com Third-Team All-American once and Fourth-Team All-American once.
Lucash also excelled academically earning CoSIDA Academic All-District First-Team honors twice, was a two-time CoSIDA Academic All-American including Third-Team as a junior and Second-Team as a senior, and to the Academic All-MAC Team three times. Lucash was named the Dr. John Compardo Female Athlete of the Year in 2022 and was a Jostens Trophy Finalist that same year.
