Fallon Heddings

Heddings joins the DeSales Track & Field coaching staff in 2021-22 after working for seven years in the MAC at Widener University. While at Widener, she coached two NCAA Division III All-Americans: one in long jump; one in triple jump. In addition, she took ten individuals to the NCAA National Championships and coached 12 Middle Atlantic Conference champions, while finishing her doctorate of Physical Therapy at Widener. Following her stint at Widener, she went on to Eastern University, where she coached two more NCAA qualifiers, and one women that was a four-time NCAA Division III All-American: two in long jump and two in triple jump.  In 2020, she helped lead the women's team to their first MAC championship title as a track and field program. She also received Regional Assistant Coach of the Year in 2019.

She competed at Saint Francis (Pa.) University and Lock Haven University from 2010-13. In her time as an NCAA athlete, Heddings was a two-time NCAA Division II Provisional Qualifier in the triple jump and earned Academic All America honors in both her junior and senior years. 

Heddings works as a physical therapist full time for St. Luke's where she just started at their Center Valley location.
