Hailie Bunting was named the DeSales University head cheerleading coach in the summer of 2025. She is a 2023 graduate of Misericordia University earning a degree in Government, Law, and National Security.
Bunting has cheered since the age of four through college and was four-year member of the Misericordia cheerleading squad, competing at the College National Cheerleading and MAC Championships. She is a 3-time MAC Cheerleading Champion in the Game Day Routine and a champion in the Traditional Routine as an athlete and a 2-time MAC Champion in the Game Day and Traditional Routine as a coach.
She worked as a graduate assistant with the Cougars Cheerleading and STUNT programs following graduation while working on her MBA in Sports Management from 2023-25.
