Bulldogs Fall to Ursinus, 9-0

Sophomore Joe Sulpizio fell at the No. 3 singles spot on Thursday at Ursinus.

Collegeville, PA (April 16, 2009) - The DeSales University men's tennis team dropped its ninth straight decision falling to Ursinus College in a non-conference match, 9-0, on a beautiful Thursday afternoon.

The Bulldogs fall to 2-9 overall, while the Bears improve to 3-11 overall. Sophomore Joe Sulpizio (Bath, PA/Notre Dame) played well at the No. three spot falling 6-2, 6-2 in singles action.

The Bulldogs return to action on Saturday, April 18^th when they host Alvernia University in a Freedom Conference match beginning at 1:00 pm.
