Reading, PA (October 6, 2010) – The DeSales University women's soccer team suffered a 3-0 defeat on Wednesday evening, falling to Albright College in a non-conference game in Reading, PA.

The Bulldogs (5-6-1 overall) fell behind early as the Lions (7-3-3 overall) scored two goals in the first 18 minutes taking a 2-0 lead. AC added its third goal 7:27 into the second half providing the final margin.

DeSales did out-shoot Albright, 12-8, as both teams had five corner kicks in the game. Junior Melissa Millili (Deptford, NJ/Gloucester Catholic) made three saves for the Bulldogs.

DeSales returns to action on Saturday, getting back into Freedom Conference action with a road contest at FDU-Florham beginning at 11:00 am.
