Doylestown, PA (October 17, 2011) – The DeSales University field hockey team suffered its seventh straight loss, falling at Delaware Valley College, 2-0, in a Freedom Conference game on a beautiful Fall afternoon.

The Aggies (3-11, 1-3 Freedom) scored both of its goals in the first half, taking a 1-0 lead at the 21:16 mark and taking a two-goal lead with just 3:43 left in the opening half.

DeSales (4-11, 1-3 Freedom) had five shots and junior Victoria DelToro made five saves in goal.

The Bulldogs will return to action on Wednesday afternoon when they travel to Manhattanville College for another Freedom Conference game beginning at 4:00 pm.
