Center Valley, PA (August 2, 2011) – DeSales University head men's lacrosse coach, Andrew Geison, has announced his resignation from DeSales University having accepted the same position at Elmhurst College located in Elmhurst, IL.

Geison just completed his fourth season with the Bulldogs compiling a 22-41 (.349) record in his four seasons. He has the highest winning percentage of all three coaches the DSU men's lacrosse program has seen since starting the program in the spring of 1997. Geison is also the only coach in school history to lead DeSales into the post-season doing so in 2009 when the Bulldogs qualified for the MAC Playoffs.

A search for Geison's replacement will begin immediately.
