Paul Pammer scored a career-high 24 points and made six three-pointers as the DeSales University men's basketball team shot 55.4 percent from the field and cruised to its fifth straight win, 90-42, over PSU-Wilkes Barre on Saturday afternoon in Billera Hall.
Pammer sets a new career-high for the second straight game as he went 6-for-8 from three-point land leading a three-point attack that connected 14 times in the game. Senior
Brett Moyer recorded his third double-double of the season and the 13th of his career with 13 points and 12 rebounds to lead the Bulldogs.

Greg Peters reached double digits for the first time in his career, tallying 11 points and pulling down six rebounds. Junior
Mike Coleman finished with eight points, five assists, and five rebounds and freshman
Cody Deal totaled eight points in just eight minutes off the bench.
The Nittany Lions (3-7) started strong, leading 7-3, 2:11 into the game when DeSales (6-2) took over and never looked back. The Bulldogs went on a 41-10 run over the next 14 minutes to take a 44-17 lead before entering the halftime locker rooms leading by 33 points (53-20). DSU shot 62.1 percent from the field in the first half and was led Pammer (15 points) and Peters (10 points).
The lead peaked at 54 points (79-25) at the 9:27 mark before the final margin was posted. The Bulldogs were 14-for-24 from outside the arc and dominated the glass out-rebounding PSU-Wilkes Barre, 48-25. DSU had 22 assists as compared to just nine turnovers in the game.
Jacob Bronder led the Nittany Lions with 12 points and grabbed six rebounds in the loss.
The Bulldogs return to action on Monday, December 17th when they host University of Pittsburgh-Greensburg beginning at 6:00 pm.
