Mark Fuse who had reached to lead-off the inning on a Cougar error.
Kean reclaimed its two-run lead in the bottom of the fifth, scoring an unearned run and got an extra insurance run in the seventh on a two-out bunt single by
Vinny Galya.
Junior
David Drinks took the loss allowing three runs, just two earned, over two innings of work. Senior
Travis Hughes pitched well at the start, striking out two and allowing just two hits over three innings. Junior

Mark Westdyk had DSU's other three hits.
Ryan Zamorsky earned the win on the hill for the Cougars, pitching a complete-game five hitter allowing just the one unearned run and striking out seven.
DSU returns to action on Sunday when they begin its seven games in six days spring trip out to San Antonio, TX with a neutral site game vs. Wabash College at Trinity University.
