Box Score
Glenside, PA (September 6, 2014) – The DeSales University women's soccer team was unable to find the back of the net yet again, settling for a double overtime scoreless tie with Rosemont College in the opening game of the Arcadia Fall Classic held on Saturday morning.

The game will be recorded as a tie in the record books, but Rosemont advances via PK's, 5-4, and will take on Arcadia in the championship game tomorrow, while DeSales takes on Juniata in the consolation game beginning at 1:00 pm.

DSU dominated play over the final 65 minutes of the game but were never able to put one away.  The Bulldogs enjoyed a 16-7 advantage in shots after the first-half, had one shot carom off the cross bar in the second-half and had a 1-v-1 with the goalkeeper with less than 10 seconds to play in regulation but the shot sailed wide right as the buzzer sounded.

Senior Michelle Churchman earns a shutout, making four saves for the Bulldogs.
