Wilkes-Barre, PA (October 4, 2015) – King's College scored once in each half handing the DeSales University men's soccer team a 2-0 loss in the MAC Freedom opener for both teams on Sunday afternoon.
King's (9-2, 1-0 MAC Freedom) scored in the 37
th minute of the first-half and the 73
rd minute of the second-half. KC also finished the game with a 16-4 edge in shots and an 8-1 advantage on corner kicks.
Sophomore
Dan Sulpizio made two saves in goal for the Bulldogs (5-6, 0-1 MAC Freedom).
The Bulldogs return to action on Wednesday when they host Franklin & Marshall College in a non-conference game beginning at 3:30 pm.
