Field Hockey Drops 4-0 Decision at Stockton

Galloway, NJ (September 13, 2016) - The DeSales University field hockey team fell to Stockton University, 4-0, in a non-conference road game on Tuesday evening.

The Ospreys (4-1) scored just 3:21 into the game and that score stood into the half before SU exploded for three second-half goals to pull away for the win.  Stockton outshot DeSales, 20-4, in the game and had a 16-6 advantage in penalty corners.

Freshman Katarina Polyviou made nine saves in the loss.

The Bulldogs are back in action on Thursday when they travel to Arcadia University for another non-conference game beginning at 7:00 pm.
