Center Valley, PA (September 21, 2016) - The DeSales University field hockey team saw its two-game win streak snapped at two with a 6-0 loss to Muhlenberg College in non-conference action on Wednesday afternoon.

Muhlenberg (6-0) took a 1-0 lead nine minutes into the game and made it a two-goal game just 3:10 before the half before pouring in four goals in the second-half to post the final tally.

DSU finished with six shots, four on goal, and freshman Katarina Polyviou had a season-high 15 saves in the loss.

The Bulldogs are back in action on Saturday when they host WIlkes University on homecoming for their first MAC Freedom game of the season beginning at 1:00 pm.
