After DSU (17-5, 9-2 MAC Freedom) scored the first six points of the game, Wilkes (5-17, 0-11 MAC Freedom) scored seven straight to lead 7-6, but the Bulldogs answered scoring the last 16 points of the first quarter and totaled a 20-0 run including the start of the second quarter taking a 47-14 lead at the half and never looked back from there.
