Frank Krug forced seven turnovers and sophomore
Matt Barry made eight saves leading the DeSales University men's lacrosse team to a 3-2 win over Gwynedd-Mercy University in non-conference action on Saturday afternoon.
The Bulldogs caused 22 of GMU's 27 turnovers in the game and committed just 18 miscues themselves. DSU (2-3) took a 2-0 lead with the only goals of the first-half by senior

GMU (1-4) scored the only goal of the third quarter but the Bulldogs got it back on Magro's second of the game 3:39 into the fourth quarter. The Griffins got back within one tally with just 1:48 left to play but DeSales forced a turnover just after a Gwynedd face-off win and nearly ran out the clock turning it over on a shot clock violation with just 7 seconds left and GMU was unable to get a good shot before the final horn.

Jake McNamara won three face-offs and had four ground balls.
The Bulldogs are back in action a week from today traveling to Widener University for another non-conference game beginning at 1:00 pm.
