Winter Haven, FL (March 8, 2017) - The DeSales University baseball snapped its four-game losing skid, rolling past PSU-Abington, 15-1, on Wednesday morning at Lake Myrtle Park.
The Bulldogs (2-6) scored three times in the first and second innings to open up a 6-1 lead and never looked back. Â SeniorÂ

Nick White knocked in a run with a single and seniorÂ
Tommy DePaul had the big blow in the second inning, a three-run home run.
DeSales finished with 18 hits including a 2-for-2 effort with three runs scored and four RBIs from DePaul, two hits and two RBIs from Sweeney, three hits for N. White, a two-RBI double from juniorÂ
Randal Pacchioli, and two doubles and three runs scored from juniorÂ
Conner Lafferty.

Jack Moore earned the win pitching five solid innings allowing three hits and striking out three.  The bullpen combined to allow just one hit and strike out four over the final four innings.
The Bulldogs are back in action tomorrow when they take on the University of Mount Union.
