Center Valley, PA (April 25, 2017) - The DeSales University women's lacrosse team scored four straight goals early to take a 4-1 lead but King's College answered with 13 straight en route to a 15-5 win in MAC Freedom action on a rainy Tuesday evening.
After King's (8-7, 4-2 MAC Freedom) scored the first goal of the game, DSU (5-11, 1-5 MAC Freedom) scored four straight goals in a span of 3:52 to take a 4-1 lead. Â JuniorÂ
Kelly Meade scored three of the four and assisted on the fourth tally.
The Monarchs responded closing the half with nine straight goals to lead 10-4 and netted the first four goals of the second-half to claim a 14-4 advantage.

The Bulldogs will close out their inaugural season on Saturday when they host Misericordia University in another MAC Freedom game set to begin at 1:00 pm.
