Center Valley, PA (September 19, 2017) - #19 Kean University scored five second-half goals to pull away from the DeSales University field hockey team, 6-0, in non-conference action on Tuesday evening.

The Bulldogs (4-2) hung tough and were within a goal at the half vs. the #19 team in the country.  KU (8-0), however got its second tally 10 minutes into the second-half and never looked back from there.

Senior Autumn Klucsarits (Danielsville, PA) had one defensive save in the first-half for the Bulldogs and sophomore Katarina Polyviou (Cranford, NJ) made 10 saves in the cage in the loss.

The Bulldogs will look to rebound on in just two days when they host Bryn Athyn College for a non-conference game beginning at 6:00 pm.
